Being self aware, knowing what impact you are having on others, being confident and playing to your strengths so you can add the most value supports us to reach our full potential.

This August, I want to support you to Rise Up

As a woman who has spent over 15 years in the mining industry working her way through to Management level, I know what its like to want to have an impact, drive change and feel heard.

 Rise Up will give you the insights and tools to lift yourself as well as connect with a supportive network so together we can make a difference.

Visualise what you want your role and your leadership to look like and how it would feel to show up as your true self.  This is achievable for you.

• Six live sessions, 1.5 hours per week over 6 weeks

• Increase your self awareness and learn how your mindset drives your behaviours so you can achieve positive outcomes
• Are you someone who avoids confrontation or difficult conversations?  Understand what makes conversations difficult and gain the tools to overcome your barriers
• Increase your ability to build influence and relationships across your organisation to bring about change
• Gain tools to communicate effectively across a range of situations

Rise Up will support you to understand the impact of what you want to change, identify any roadblocks and help you clarify the action you will take to make it happen.

Connect with an intimate group of like minded women in your industry, share your experiences and define your own version of success.

In our sessions together I will take you through a series of exercises to give you clarity on what you want to improve, how to identify and leverage your strengths and actions you can put in place to get you to where you want to be.

Karissa has over 15 years experience in the Mining industry as a Mining Manager, Technical Services Superintendent, Senior Geologist and Mine Geologist.

Karissa started Lead with Purpose in 2019 to pursue her passion for developing leaders in the mining industry.

Throughout her career Karissa has worked in underground and open cut operations, residential and FIFO, and has often been the only woman with a seat at the table.
